Kimble Scores Highest Among Leading PSAs for Return on Investment
Kimble top for “Momentum” in the “Winter 20” grid from independent review site G2

Kimble Applications, the global leader in professional services automation (PSA), retains its position at the top of the Momentum Grid compiled by independent review site G2 for Winter 20. Kimble scores highest of all the leading PSAs for user adoption and return on investment.
The Winter 20 Grid Report shows that Kimble has a user adoption score of 88%, significantly higher than other leading PSAs such as FinancialForce, which scores 73% for this crucial metric.
On ROI, Kimble’s ‘payback’ period is calculated as 14 months, shorter than all of the other leading PSAs and almost a year less than OpenAir PSA, which is calculated as 25 months
Kimble also scores very highly—91%—for “product going in the right direction” and for “quality of support”—87%.
The G2 Momentum Grid for PSA shows the growth trajectory that products have had in their respective spaces over the last year. It identifies those that are on a high-growth trajectory based on user satisfaction scores, employee growth, and digital presence. Kimble was also top of the Momentum grid last year.
