Our education team provide project team training during on-boarding, that ensures that your staff develop a strong understanding of the capabilities of Kimble rapidly. This enables them to engage in all aspects of the implementation, allowing them to transition into leading roles as their expertise develops.
As part of the implementation we will work with you to develop role-specific training and reference material for your end-user communities. This material will combine your business processes with Kimble functional guidance. We favour a train-the-trainer approach where your team deliver training to end-users, though we can provide dedicated training services as required.
Our extensive Knowledge Base provides training videos and functional guides as well as details of regular scheduled webinars on specific functionality or forthcoming releases.
We also offer public training classes in a range of locations, focusing on key topics such as: reporting, integration and system administration.
