Stephen Kelly joins Kimble Applications as Senior Non-Executive Director

Some great news for Kimble today as Stephen Kelly joins Kimble’s board as Senior Non-Executive Director. More detail in our official press release here.

Bringing such an influential figure with a track record of success with global enterprise software firms on to Kimble’s board is an enormous marker of how far Kimble has come, but also a great sign for the company’s future growth prospects.

We have done exceptionally well to grow to over 120 team members with six offices (five in the U.S.) and to have been able to grow our revenue routinely by more than 50% YoY. Stephen will be hugely important in taking Kimble to the next level in our mission to being the global leader in PSA.

Stephen has been a significant angel investor in Kimble since our foundation in November 2010, and an active advisor to the company, providing valuable input and encouragement.

Stephen brings over 35 years of unique leadership experience to the Kimble board. Most recently, Stephen served as CEO of FTSE 100 multinational software company, Sage Group, where he oversaw the major acquisitions of Intacct and FairSail, and doubled market value. He also previously served as CEO of FTSE 100 software business Micro Focus and U.S. enterprise software business Chordiant. Stephen has also spent time in UK Government, serving in the Cabinet Office as COO and heading David Cameron’s Efficiency and Reform Group.

We’re excited to see what’s next for Kimble with Stephen on board.
