Kimble Expands in Europe, Appointing Two Managers
London – 13 September 2018 – Kimble Applications, a global leader in professional services automation, announced today the appointment of two new European managers, reinforcing its growing success in the area.
Paul Swannie is the new Regional Director for DACH – an acronym for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland representing the German-speaking area of Europe. Dirk Van Hee has been appointed Enterprise Account Executive and will be working within the Benelux and Nordics markets.
In these new roles, Paul and Dirk will be responsible for helping customers and partners deliver value to their businesses by fueling growth and reducing the administrative burden.
For the past 20 years, Paul has worked in business development to develop opportunities and partnerships across Europe for companies including Oracle and Autonomy. Paul holds a BSc in Chemistry and German and postgraduate degrees in psychology and education.
Paul said: “These are exciting times for Kimble and also for our customers. We have been building momentum in the German-speaking marketplace for some time and have already demonstrated success in bringing value to our customers’ business. I am looking forward to directing our new push into the DACH region.”
Dirk has a background in customer success and business development in Europe and has worked for IBM Benelux and Gartner UK. He holds an Ms in Applied Economics from the University of Leuven and a postgraduate MBA from Hasselt University.

Earlier this year, Kimble secured significant investment from Silicon-Valley based technology firm Accel-KKR and it has also expanded in North America recently, opening offices in Chicago and Atlanta.
