Innovative San Francisco-based cloud consulting firm Atlas Cloud Solutions recently posted a blog here about the selection and implementation process that led to their adoption of Kimble.
They had been using home-grown operational software but it was not easy to scale and it didn’t provide some of the key metrics they needed to run their growing business.
Atlas Cloud management describe in the blogpost how they created a shortlist and then invited vendors to participate in scenario-based demonstrations. They chose Salesforce native Kimble as it was the most comprehensive solution, allowing the business to integrate sales and delivery and to utilize automation to forecast demand better.
It has been adopted successfully, enabling Atlas Cloud Solutions to expand without having to take on more back-office staff, and to improve business performance.
