Dedicated product support professionals are located in both the US and the UK and provide expert, 24X7 support with adherence to SLAs and ITIL best practice. Kimble’s support professionals are able to rapidly respond to issues and questions raised via our support portal.

Every support incident is rapidly reviewed and routed to the most appropriate support professional to resolve quickly and minimize any business impact. You are provided with standard support as part of your subscription to Kimble PSA, giving you the ability to ask questions or raise issues via our support portal at any time.

In addition to our team of product experts, you will have access to our comprehensive knowledge base that offers video explainers, articles, training collateral and best practice guides to ensure you can get the most out of Kimble PSA.
