Your Customer Success manager will engage with you throughout the project, ensuring business benefits are being realised, while developing a strong understanding of your business and strategic goals.
Early Life
In the first few months of use of Kimble your Customer Success manager will transition to becoming your primary contact as the implementation project concludes.
Strategic Plan
On a quarterly basis your Customer Success manager will review progress with you, discuss strategic objectives and develop plans to enhance and extend usage and adoption, driving increased business benefit.
Regular Touchpoints
Your Customer Success manager can then assess progress against the plan, provide guidance and coaching across the different functional user groups and ensure that you are gaining all the help you need in maximising the benefits of Kimble and growing your business.
