Mark is an accomplished IT professional with over 25 years of experience in architecture, management and delivery of software solutions gained through work on technically-diverse projects for Professional Services organizations including CGI, Edenbrook and Hitachi Consulting.

Following a hands-on approach, Mark has held roles ranging from Developer through to Practice Director, holding P&L level responsibility in professional services organizations across Custom Development, Content Management, Enterprise Integration, Project Management and Architectural Governance.

Understanding the impact that good supporting processes and practice management tooling can have on the bottom line of a consultancy business, Mark joined the business in 2013 to combine his Management, Solution Delivery and Quality Assurance experience with his life-long passion for producing high-quality software.
