Chris Scalia
Chief Client Officer

Chris is responsible for leading the global Advisory Services, Professional Services, Client Success, Support, Training, and Sales teams to deliver a world-class portfolio of solutions, enabling clients to become higher-performing businesses. In this client-obsessed role, Chris drives the creation and delivery of remarkable experiences throughout the entire client journey.

Chris brings over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry to the business. A thought leader in the services industry, Chris is also a member of the TSIA’s Professional Services Advisory Board.

Prior to his current role, Chris was the Senior Vice President of Implementation Services at ACI Worldwide, a $1B payments software company, where he built the services strategy and led a global team of more than 600 consultants, engineers, and partners. He has also built the Customer Success and Strategic Partner organization for 170 Systems (acquired by Kofax, Inc.), and has been responsible for driving the strategy for Kofax’s (acquired by Lexmark) global Professional Services and Educational Services teams. Chris began his career with Accenture, where he focused on helping clients re-engineer their business processes while leading global implementations of Oracle and SAP.

Chris holds a B.A. in Business Economics and a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University.
