We are looking for a Financial Controller to work with and assist the CFO/COO. They will be assisted by the Finance Manager. The successful candidate will have some experience in Software-as-a-Service, along with experience of operating in the US and other overseas markets.
Responsibilities will include:
Management of financial information and management KPI’s
Preparation of consolidated reporting to the Board
Annual audits and tax compliance
Implementation of new accounting software system
Streamlining and improving of core processes and controls
Payroll and statutory reporting worldwide
Pensions and other payroll deductions
R&D tax credits
Implementing transfer pricing policies and ensuring these are adhered to across the organisation
Cash management and forecasting
Office lease management
Company and employee insurances
Share option schemes
Annual statutory returns
Manage bonus schemes throughout the organisation
Support the sales team in responding to RFPs with Finance related information
Maintain effective relationships with all financial constituencies including customers, bankers, external auditors, legal and financial consultants, tax authorities, and other legal/regulatory bodies
Managing a small team
Strong IT skills including but not exclusively Xero, QuickBooks, FinancialForce, NetSuite, Intacct, Access Dimensions, advanced Excel
Willing to travel and work across time zones

5+ years of experience in finance and accounting positions with SaaS and international companies
Relevant financial qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA)
