Managing customer license requirements using the Kimble product
Systems administrator (Office 365, Internal systems)
Coordinate logistics for physical Boston office
Liaise with IT support for new Laptops, Office equipment
Ensuring that employee records and other relevant records are kept up to date
Coordinate the Month end operations process.
Assist with the production of Request For Information / Security Questionnaires
Provide advice and guidance to Account Executives when using the Kimble Product.
Compliance / Training Coordinator
Monitor compliance of key controls within the business
Help with the development and coordination of staff training material
Manage projects to implement business change initiatives within Operations.
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and liaise with people from all parts of the business
Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent attention to detail and aptitude to see tasks through, to conclusion
Good team player with the ability to multi-task and take ownership
Previous Salesforce (or similar) systems (an advantage)
