Kimble Connect 2020 Marks First Virtual Customer Conference

Kimble’s first fully virtual Connect customer conference attracted an international audience. Hundreds of customers from Canada to Croatia, Poland to Pakistan logged in to online presentation and discussion sessions at the three day event.

Representatives from customer organizations including GFT and Hitachi Vantara took an active part, sitting on panels and leading discussions. Most participants attended several sessions from the range of live events available over the three days of the conference.

Feedback has been positive with customers making comments like:

  • “I got the answers to the questions I was asking.”

CEO for International Sarah Edwards said:

“This was the first customer conference we have hosted completely online, and it was our best attended event ever. “We worked hard to make sure that all the people who would have the ability to attend an online conference would have a variety of sessions to choose from, across tracks focused specifically on their roles. Some of the best attended events included: the Keynote address with Chief Executive Sean Hoban; “What’s New in Reporting”; and “Measuring and Improving Forecast Accuracy.” Sessions on resource matching, executive KPIs, and driving effective period close were also among the most popular topics.
