Kimble Adds Chief Customer Officer to Executive Team

CCO Geoff Pople To Drive New Levels of
Customer Experience and Value

Boston, MA – October 21, 2020 – Kimble Applications, a leader in Professional Services Automation, shows the importance of Customer Experience to the Kimble vision through the appointment of a Chief Customer Officer to the Executive Team.

Geoff Pople will lead a global function, streamlining both regional and functional post-sales teams, to work with customers across implementation, customer success, technical support and training.

Geoff has worked in the software and professional services industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience across Delivery Management, Practice Management, Sales, Operations and Customer Success. He joined Kimble in 2014 and has held a number of senior customer facing posts prior to this appointment.
