Kimble Now The “Trending” PSA for Enterprise-Size Business

Kimble Applications, the global leader in professional services automation (PSA), is an increasingly popular choice for enterprise companies, as demonstrated by its position as the top “trending” PSA in G2’s Spring 2020 Momentum Grid Report.
Enterprise reviewers scored Kimble top for quality of support. Kimble also topped the “likely to recommend” and “product going in the right direction” categories, and scored very highly for customer satisfaction.
Among mid-market companies, Kimble topped the customer relationship grid overall. It scores highest of all the leading PSAs for user adoption and return on investment. The payback period is even shorter than in the previous report, taking an average of 11 months. User adoption of Kimble in the midmarket is highest among leading PSAs at 87%.
The G2 Momentum Grid for PSA shows the growth trajectory that products have had in their respective spaces over the last year. It identifies those that are on a high-growth trajectory based on user satisfaction scores, employee growth, and digital presence. Kimble has been top of the Momentum grid since Fall 2018.
