Kimble Debuts Winter 20 and Executive Dashboards at Connect London

Kimble Connect, Kimble’s customer conference series, has grown in attendance significantly with each iteration, and this fall’s event in London was Kimble’s largest conference yet. Kimble users and partners gathered at Kings Place on November 6th, taking advantage of the opportunity to network, meet the Kimble team and delve into existing and new functionality.

 

 

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive; attendees enjoyed the wide choice of breakout sessions that ran simultaneously throughout the afternoon. Presentations on resourcing, reporting and Kimble’s latest release Winter 20 were particularly popular. Product Lead Mark Smith presented the newest version of Kimble in the main auditorium, saying “We wanted to take the features that you use on a daily basis and make them easier to use. This release as ever was shaped by our customers.”

 

 

The most heavily attended breakout session, which was standing room only, debuted Kimble’s Executive Dashboards. Product Manager Mark Clewett and Kimble customer Altius presented on the value of having dedicated dashboards that break down KPIs focusing on Company Wealth, People, Growth & Value, and Customer Health.

 

 

Back in the auditorium, International CEO Sarah Edwards told the gathered attendees: “We want to make sure that you can leverage your investment in Kimble to empower your customers and improve your relationships, to make it easier for your customers to engage with you.”

 

 

As usual, attendees had ample chance to discuss those shared goals over drinks and canapes. The evening networking event was a welcome opportunity for a relaxing chat with old friends and a chance to meet new ones.
