No Vacation Nation, Infographic

Kimble surveyed more than 1,200 full-time American employees to gauge their habits when it came to taking paid time off from work. The survey found that an alarming number of American employees have an unwillingness to take time off from work which is largely due to management, workload and cultural pressures. This graphic details more of the findings from the report. You can find the full press release here. Kimble also released the PTO Guilt Report which details why American employees struggle to take their earned vacation time and what they can do to mitigate the guilt they have when they do take it.
