Kimble Applications Named Winner of TSIA’s Spring 2018 TechBEST Awards for Best in Adoption and Best in Show

May 11, 2018 – Kimble Applications, the global leader in professional services automation (PSA), was awarded the TechBEST Award for Best in Adoption by the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology and services organizations. The award was presented at TSIA’s semi-annual Technology Services World conference in San Diego on Monday.

The TechBEST Awards are based on the results of TSIA’s annual Global Technology Survey, which tracks adoption, satisfaction, and planned spending across 42 categories of tools and services that are being used within today’s service organizations. This survey aims to identify the solutions that are most popular with TSIA members, as well as ones that are gaining traction within the industry. TechBEST Awards are presented to the companies that have received the highest marks based on the results of TSIA’s 13th annual Global Technology Survey in two categories: Best in Adoption and Best in Satisfaction.

Kimble received the TechBEST Award for Best in Adoption, which is presented to the solution provider with the highest year-over-year adoption increase based on the results of the survey. Kimble earned this award by achieving an 8% adoption increase for professional services automation in 2018 compared to 2017.

Because Kimble has maintained a CSAT score of over 4.5, the company was also a finalist in the Best in Satisfaction category, which is awarded to the solutions provider with the highest average customer satisfaction based on the results of the survey.

In addition to the Best in Adoption Award, Kimble was also the recipient of the Best in Show Award which was open to all exhibiting companies and was voted by conference attendees from their visitations to sponsor exhibit spaces in the TSW EXPO.
