A strong performance in 2017 consolidated Kimble’s position as a global leader in Professional Services Automation. For the first time it was ranked the number one PSA on the customer review site G2 Crowd, scoring top for customer satisfaction and speed to value.
Three of the five best-performing consulting organizations in an independently-compiled list were Kimble customers. Kimble was again ranked on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for Europe Asia and the Middle East and for the first time made the Hiscox Tech Track 100 list in the UK. It continued to expand in the US and more than half of new business now comes from North America.
Recognised by Salesforce as a close partner, Kimble co-founder Mark Robinson presented at a partner session at Dreamforce 17 on accelerating growth within the ecosystem and was a panellist discussing GDPR. Kimble is often chosen as a best-of-breed PSA which integrates seamlessly with other applications – it was also awarded “Rockstar” status by Sage.
Developed by experts in the field of consulting, Kimble continued to innovate in 2017, launching the first Intelligent PSA, offering diagnostic analytics and intelligent insights to improve business performance. It also launched Kimble Community, an add-on module taking advantage of Salesforce Community Cloud.
